Hi. I just wanted to let you know how happy I have been since I bought the Nature's Therapy Herb Pac. I had an operation on my heel, and
I constantly had pain since the surgery, but not when I had my foot propped up on the herb pac once I've left it in the freezer. It's just tremendous because the situation I have is borderline bursitus and it just extracts
the pain from my heel and I will not be without my Herbal Pac. I am lending it around the house as people get injured or have aches and pains. I know that I'll be back to you for Christmas shopping this year.

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I use and enjoy the Lavender Pac I bought from you several months ago.
Lavender has always been
my most favorite herb and frankly I am very pleased at the fact that the Lavender Pac has remained so incredibly fragrant. (If you remember, I had been skeptical of this when I was thinking about buying it). It has helped me get
rid of many a sinus headache, and has worked wonders for me when I am having trouble sleeping. The comforting weight of the Pac on my eyelids, combined with the fragrance helps me calm down and drift right off.
You
should also know that I am extremely fragrance-sensitive. I cannot wear perfumes, and can barely endure being in a closed room with others who wear them. But the Lavender pac fragrance is heavenly to me!

I must admit that when you gave me a sample
Herbal Pac during our first meeting, I was a bit skeptical, and wondered if they really worked as well as you reported.
A few days later, my wife woke up with a very stiff neck (she's pregnant and has trouble finding a
comfortable position to sleep in). After spending 20 minutes or so massaging her neck with no apparent improvement, I remembered the Herbal Pac. I heated it in the microwave and she drapped it across the back of her neck for about
a half hour. Then she suprised both of us by announcing HER NECK FELT MUCH BETTER!
The improvement was ongoing and she felt good enough to drag me out shopping for the rest of the afternoon! Thanks a lot!
